Replace the loose top-of-form field groups and 3-page notebook with a mime-aware hero (thumbnail, name, path, tags, and a Size/Type/Modified/ Owner stat strip) above a 2-page Content/Metadata notebook. All fields are preserved and the technical_left/technical_right extension groups are retained (still invisible, manager+no_one), so dependent modules that xpath into them keep working.

Redesign the
dms.fileform: replace the loose top-of-form field groups and 3-page notebook with a mime-aware hero header (thumbnail, name, breadcrumb path, tags, and a Size/Type/Modified/Owner stat strip) above a condensed 2-page Content/Metadata notebook.Depends on OCA/dms#475 (the 19.0 migration). Draft for reference until OCA#475 lands.
Non-mechanical points worth flagging
technical_left/technical_rightextension groups are retained (still invisible,manager+no_one), so dependent modules that xpath into them keep working.view_dms_file_new_formonboarding view inherits this form; its xpaths (//header,oe_button_box) still resolve.
