Tutorial tests are only for local testing

Tutorial CMakeLists.txt have --oversubscribed hardcoded on it. To be able to run it on HPC clusters, it should be changed to $$MPIRUN_ARGS on files:

• tutorial/L1/CMakeLists.txt
• tutorial/L2/CMakeLists.txt
• tutorial/L3/CMakeLists.txt
• tutorial/L4/CMakeLists.txt
• tutorial/DCP/CMakeLists.txt
