Lift 3.0 and Scala 2.12, 2.11

This is the 1.3.0 release of the Paypal module. It adds support for Lift 3.0.x with Scala 2.12 and 2.11.

Release for Lift 2.6

This releases the Paypal module for Lift 2.6 against Scala 2.10 and 2.11. There was a 1.3-SNAPSHOT version for a long time, and this release is version "1.3" (no -SNAPHOT). Via PR #6
