skrifa 0.48 includes googlefonts/fontations#2174, which fixes sbix bitmap glyph placement, so the
glyphs_bitmap_sbix_*snapshots are updated (the glyf and CFF variants now render identically) and the comments about misplaced glyphs are removed.
