Chrome 142 版本下 CORS 问题

Chrome 142版本似乎更新了关于 CORS 的配置，导致 Disable-CSP 扩展失效。

临时解决方法：
打开 chrome://flags/
找到 Local Network Access Checks 设置为 Disabled
