Document Night List accurately and add dashboard CI

Summary

The README now matches the repo: the owner dashboard is a React/Vite UI on sample data, the booking engine and auth hook exist but are not mounted, and the iOS app is a SwiftUI prototype that shares the floor-plan coordinate space without a Supabase client. There is no live deployment.

• GitHub Actions on push and pull_request: dashboard npm ci, ESLint, tsc --noEmit, npm run build, and a gitleaks scan. Permissions are contents: read. iOS is not built in CI.
• MIT license. .gitignore now includes supabase/.temp. Removed the empty .claude/agents/Nextilio.agent.md.
• Typecheck fixes so CI can stay on: Supabase Relationships/Views types, Vite env types, floor-plan JSON parsing, and a dead ringColor style.

Screenshots in the README were taken from npm run dev with no backend.

Test plan

• Dashboard CI job passes (install, lint, typecheck, build)
• Gitleaks job passes
• README feature claims still match dashboard/src/pages, dashboard/src/lib/booking-engine.ts, dashboard/src/hooks/useAuth.ts, ios/NightList, and supabase/migrations/001_initial_schema.sql
