🚨 Severity: HIGH
💡 Vulnerability: Rate limiting was disabled (commented out), and dependency versions were incompatible.
🎯 Impact: API was vulnerable to DoS/Brute Force. Backend was unable to start/test due to Fastify version mismatch.
🔧 Fix: Enabled rate-limit, fixed error status code, fixed dependency version, added tests.
