KDF plugin not removing MAPR containers of PVC's after PVC was delted in Openshift#10

Environment: MapR 6.1, OpenShift 3.11, KDF plugin 1.1.0

When deleting a persistent volume claim in OpenShift, the mounted storage and the created volume get deleted as expected. But MSC (frontend) starts reporting "No heartbeat detected" for the temporary MAPR containers.
