Go programming course 2026-2027
Version 1.0, October 2026
The Broad Netwide General Public License (BNGPL) is established to foster a domestic, national, and international network of developers, corporations, public institutions, and academic bodies operating under a rigorous, 24/7/365 operational ethos and structured discipline. BNGPL is a permissive, BSD 3-Clause-derived license compatible with GPLv3-or-later and AGPLv3-or-later, yet specifically engineered to permit proprietary exploitation, closed-source forks, and commercial or state-level service deployments without forcing the public disclosure of source code.
By contributing to a project governed under this license, contributors retain their respective copyrights while automatically entering a collaborative network of joint development, respecting past contributions, and ensuring the absolute continuity of the network's collective codebase.
Any community, organization, private or state corporation, public institution, private or public university, or individual who contributes code, documentation, or infrastructure to this project retains their individual Copyright. No copyright assignment or transfer of ownership is required. However, by submitting a contribution, the contributor explicitly agrees to join the collective operational network and grants a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to all other current and future copyright holders within the project to use, modify, adapt, and distribute said contribution.
Unlike copyleft licenses, there is no mandatory obligation under this license to share, publish, or publicly return modified source code to the community. Any corporation, organization, or state entity is fully permitted to use this software to build proprietary, closed-source applications, commercial services, or classified public/military infrastructure.
A contributor may choose to leave the network at any time by ceasing further code contributions (from the subsequent commit onward). Upon leaving, the contributor may fork the project based on the permissible terms and build their own independent, private codebase. However, past contributions remain an inseparable part of the collective repository. Historical logs, version control histories, and past code states cannot be erased, deleted, or revoked by any departing party.
Redistributions of source code or binaries (modified or unmodified) must retain all cumulative and historical Copyright notices present within the repository. No existing copyright holder's name or contributor's credit can be removed from the historical or current license records, regardless of whether they have ceased active participation or if the code has been heavily modified.
This license is explicitly designed to be downstream-compatible with the GNU General Public License v3 (or later) and the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (or later). Code licensed under BNGPL may be incorporated into GPLv3/AGPLv3 projects, provided that the downstream user complies with the copyleft requirements of those respective licenses for their combined work.
Neither the name of the project nor the names of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.
This network operates on a strict, national, and independent ("yerli ve milli") open-source philosophy, prioritizing military-grade discipline and continuous 24/7/365 systems availability. While the network demands high standards of operational readiness from its active participants, the software itself is provided as-is.
