Suggestion to precise the astral link.
The current link is to the home page, this one is directly to the career page.
They do not have open position at the time of PR.

although this link is to an external website, I don't find it obvious when browsing their website, so i'll let this one open.

Hmm. I see what you mean about challenging, but I think I don't want to point to a third party site without also linking to the homepage. Perhaps we just close this one.

(Of course I say this and realize we've done this elsewhere -- I need to think more on how to handle this)

Over the course of reviewing every single entry, I changed my mind on this quite a bit.
Now I think that if it's really obvious I let a more general link.
Explicit easy to find Career/job button on the top or bottom.
If you have to click on a couple of obvious things that's fine too.
And by external websites, I mean external tools. jobs.nvidia, microsoft et al are fine to use IMO.
(oh, and there was one where I left it too because the homepage felt like an external advertisement, and I thought it was the wrong one :D)

In that case, you have to go in company (which is okayish, if the next link is obvious) but you have to find "reach out" in the middle of the page, which I find annoying.

Corporate websites are uneven in that regard, and sometime hard to navigate.
Anyway, that's my approximation !
