Summary

• Rebuild Dimension Style Manager tabs (Lines, Symbols, Text, Fit, Primary/Alternate Units, Tolerances) with AutoCAD-style layouts and live SVG preview
• Wire Text-tab appearance/position/alignment (including DIMTFILL, negative DIMGAP frame, DIMTXTDIRECTION) and bump @mlightcad/data-model to 1.15.16
• Fix preview metrics for framed text, Symmetric/Basic tolerance round-trip, and color-picker stacking when opened from the edit dialog

Test plan

• Open Dimension Style Manager; confirm list/preview/actions still work and preview redraws for the selected style
• Modify each tab (Lines / Symbols / Text / Fit / Primary / Alternate / Tolerances) and verify values save and reload
• Text tab: set fill color (none / background / custom), draw text frame, alignment, and confirm preview + round-trip
• Tolerances: switch None / Symmetric / Deviation / Limits / Basic; confirm Symmetric keeps upper/lower in sync and Basic toggles the text frame
• Open color dropdowns from the edit dialog and confirm the color picker appears above the dialog
• Create / override / compare styles still behave as before
