Pricing Helper

Pricing Helper is an admin-only WHMCS addon for reviewing and selectively recalculating recurring domain and product prices. It supports WHMCS 8.13 and later on PHP 8.1 or later.

Install

1. Copy modules/addons/pricehelp into the same path in your WHMCS installation.
2. Activate Pricing Helper at Configuration → System Settings → Addon Modules.
3. Grant access to the required administrator roles.
4. Open Addons → Pricing Helper.

The reports include Active and pending records and update only checked rows. Domain targets are base renewal sell prices. Product catalog targets include selected configurable options. Estimates exclude promotions. Premium domains cannot be selected. Recalculation changes future recurring amounts through WHMCS's Local API; existing invoices are never changed.

For automatic updates, install WHMCS Plugin Updater. Tagged release archives include its whmcs.update-manifest.json metadata.

Develop

nix-shell --run 'composer install && composer qa'

Build a release archive locally with:

RELEASE_TAG=v0.0.1 nix-shell --run 'composer build'

Pushing a stable vX.Y.Z tag runs QA and publishes whmcs-price-help-X.Y.Z.zip to the matching GitHub Release.
