The new isolated markets and December PT-AUSD maturity expanded Neverland's address book. Synced their addresses alongside the updated core reserve, rate strategies and shared utilities. New markets and reserves: - added Pendle shMON pool, reserve, oracle, rate strategy and native gateway addresses - added Yuzu syzUSD pool, reserve, oracle and rate strategy addresses - added hMON reserve token and wrapper addresses to the core pool Pendle AUSD: - added December 17 PT-AUSD reserve and discount oracle addresses - added the maturity gateway and October/December leverager addresses - added the Pendle AUSD loop rate strategy Core and shared utilities: - added competitive stable and volatile rate strategies - refreshed wrapped token factory and LM implementation addresses - refreshed the UI provider and emission library, and added enumeration, price market and rewards summary libraries - removed variable debt entries for non-borrowable collateral
