The page added in #7739 was never listed in the sidebar, so it is unreachable from the navigation. Adds
migrations/26-10at the top of the Migration notes category, keeping the newest-first order.The sidebar is explicit rather than autogenerated, so the page needs the entry even though
migrations/index.mdxrenders a<DocCardList />.
