Improve tag and author discovery in the library

Problem

Libroo can filter by tags and has author pages, but both are difficult to discover. Authors are primarily reached from a book detail page, and users who want a category such as “Biography” have no intentional browse surface.

Scope

• Add a clear entry point for browsing the collection by tags and authors.
• Provide a tag index or browse surface showing user-confirmed tags and book counts.
• Selecting a tag should apply the normal library filter (for example, “Biography”), rather than duplicating books into a default multi-tag grouping.
• Make author pages easier to reach from library browsing while preserving valid link semantics and accessible interactions.
• Improve author-page context beyond a bare title and grid where useful.
• Keep author/tag browse results user-scoped.

Acceptance criteria

• A user can discover and browse their tags without first opening the advanced filter panel.
• A user can reach an author view from a natural library-browsing path.
• A book with multiple tags is not confusingly duplicated in the default collection view.
• Tag counts and library results agree.
• The selected tag/author context is reflected in navigation and is shareable through the existing query model where appropriate.
