If you are using UltraVNC, open the settings of UltraVNC Server, go to a tab Screen Capture, and please ensure Show Secondary Display is checked.
Then, on OBS Studio, right click the VNC source item, open Transform -> Edit Transform, and set Crop options to hide the 1st screen.
- Please check another VNC client can connect your VNC server.
- If failed, ensure your VNC server is running, you have correct IP address and port number, and firewall is configured to pass the VNC connection.
- If succeeded, please ensure the host, port settings are same.
- Check the log file of OBS Studio.
- If your server is MacOS, please ensure
Color levelis set to24-bit. Unfortunately,8-bitand16-bitdon't work for MacOS.
It depends on your CPU and network speed. This plugin itself displays the frame as soon as it receives.
Since the VNC is designed for remote desktop purpose, usually the latency is not noticeable.
