Replaces the report PDF with the revised version (updated date and conclusion; findings unchanged) and adds the live report link.
Records deployed contract addresses per network (proxies and implementations), platforms, roles, and tokens, and links it from the README. Mainnet is deployed from 8280e7e; Celo Sepolia from the same source built without via-IR.
