Weekly grouped updates for gomod and github-actions, mirroring the glabs.gui setup. Minor/patch bumps are grouped into one PR; majors come separately. A 3-day cooldown avoids brand-new, possibly-broken releases. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
