add check if websocket is disabled

ocelotds looks great stuff! Congrats. For a Java developer it seems so incredibly logic.

I just tested the dashboard and noticed that I had websockets disabled in the browser, however the websocket symbol was green. Adding a short check would make things clearer?

Did you ever think about making ocelotds a bit more independent from Websockets? E.g. allowing different communication technologies like the Atmosphere Framework does: https://github.com/Atmosphere/atmosphere
