Feature: Add SARIF export for scan findings #1571
Description
Summary
Add support for exporting scan findings in SARIF format so results can be uploaded directly to GitHub Code Scanning / Advanced Security.
Motivation
Many teams already use GitHub Advanced Security. SARIF is the standard interchange format.
Proposed interface
npx @openai/codex-security findings export --format sarif --output findings.sarif
Happy to implement if maintainers agree.

Thanks for the suggestion! This overlaps with #1572, which also tracks the related work in #1668. Closing this as a duplicate so we can keep the discussion and updates in one place.
