please explain how is "issue creation is currently restricted here" ? anybody can create an issue. |
edeso pointed out on this PR that issue creation isn't actually restricted here -- checked, they're right (has_issues: true, and recent issues were filed by ordinary external reporters). Also removes the internal tracking doc that shouldn't have been pushed to this fork in the first place.

You're right, checked and it's not restricted. I'd been going on a stale assumption. Fixed the template to remove that line. |
