Follows on from #759.
The docs build workflow has already been updated to actions/checkout@v6 and actions/setup-python@v6, but .github/workflows/spellcheck.yml still uses actions/checkout@v3, which is also Node 20 based and affected by the same deprecation. Since spellcheck runs on every push and pull request, it is part of the merge checks too.
GitHub removes Node 20 from the runners on 16 September 2026, so this would start failing shortly after.
Single line change, no other alterations.
