The chart publishing workflow interpolated appVersion directly into its shell script. Pass it, chart-version variables, and the resulting patch-version output through environment variables and use quoted shell expansions.
Validation: YAML parsing, Bash syntax, workflow-structure comparison, and git diff --check passed. Actionlint reports the same two create-github-app-token metadata warnings on the base branch and this branch, with no new findings. Prettier passed.
