- The EC2 ps3 master was decommissioned (PS-11206); master-ps3.tf no longer uploads init.groovy.d, and no ApplicationSet sources this path - The live ps3-k8s controller gets its clouds from the JCasC catalog

resources/jenkins-masters/ps3/init.groovy.d/is an orphaned leftover of the decommissioned EC2 ps3 master. master-ps3.tf no longer uploads it and no ApplicationSet sources the path, so nothing consumes these six groovy filesFix
