This PR fixes a small race condition which causes dedicated Jupyter tests of the
anywdigetcomponent to fail. CI runtime inconsistency made this tricky to catch, as well as the affordances made to relieve CI pressure (disabling windows runs for non-release builds and disabling benchmarks).
