Improve Ranger settings and chat history

Summary

• Reorganize Ranger settings into Model and Workspace access sections, with searchable provider selection and a focused Add/Edit custom model editor.
• Let custom endpoints declare supported thinking efforts from the full set, while preserving saved credentials and imported Pi capabilities when left unchanged.
• Give History a full-panel view with return/Escape navigation and preserved drafts and reading position. Clear the login form after cancellation.

Validation

• bun run precommit passed: format, lint, full TypeScript checks, frontend production build and asset budgets; 3490 tests passed, 2 skipped, 0 failed.
• bun run typecheck:bun.
• Manual browser checks against the local bridge for provider selection, custom model editing, login cancellation, History navigation, and icon alignment.
• Real third-party OAuth and model API requests were not exercised; mobile hardware was not tested.
• The two skipped tests require live OpenSSH forwarding and PowerShell, respectively.
