feat(i18n): complete French (fr-FR) translations - #27

Fill in previously stubbed sections (mode, ruleset, footer, server, beatmap status, error messages, mail templates, dan) and fix two mistranslated strings found via zh-CN cross-check.
Remove stray CJK punctuation and tighten wording to match the current feature set across all three backend tiers.
Add fr-FR entries for the OP/CompareOP vocabulary used by the condition dropdown and its sentence-form explanation component.
