Scroll too much on YouTube #177

I am using YouTube and find it jump far more than a page down, which causes trouble in reading, FYI & thanks.
By the way, if it's possible to adjust the size of the small control icons and have it always be shown?
For I want to use it to replace the mouse scroll.
