One held-out case, four arms of 40 executions on gpt-oss-120b, with the endpoint configuration, the signed results file, the decision bundle and the per-arm traces the results verifier recounts.
Record the command, the model and store, the network route, the per-arm counts and why a one-case cohort refuses the candidate.

Runs one held-out v3 cell live on the referee path and commits its signed results file, so the per-case table in
docs/results/v3-live.mdnow comes from a filepython -m ratchet.verify.resultschecks.The cell is
policy_changed.v6on gpt-oss-120b (vLLM on one B200), candidateratchet_improve_oss:b972467a3b9a, 160 executions, 0 invalid. The parent passed 12 of 40, the candidate 35 of 40, and the two identity controls 10 and 11. Both controls fell 10 points in panel 0 against a 5-point limit, so the cohort is unqualified and the candidate is refused. With one case, that limit is one execution per panel, which the new section explains.python -m ratchet.verify.results docs/results/v3-cell/v3-cell-results/v3-cell.dsse --case-suiteprintssupported verified: 1 of 1 decisions verifiedand regrades 80 executions.
