Celadon master is failing to build 'flashfiles' target on Ubuntu 16.04.5 with this error:

Turns out 'efitools' is now a build dependency:

Need to install the efitools package in your build server.
In Ubuntu, you can run the following command:
sudo apt-get install efitools
