fix: import ujson_dumps from pandas.io.json - #11

pandas 3.1 removed the private pandas._libs.json module, so cirro failed on import. pandas.io.json.ujson_dumps is public from pandas 2.2 on. Closes #10 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

pandas 3.1 removed the private
pandas._libs.json, socirrofailed on import.pandas.io.json.ujson_dumpsis public in pandas 2.2 through 3.1, which replaces thetry/except;pandas>=2.2records that floor (2.1 lacks the name).Tests: 1400 passed with pandas 3.1.0 / anndata 0.13.4 / zarr 3.4.1.
