This PR addresses code duplication in the Set method and fixes a bug related to node size updates.

🎯 What:

  • Refactored the Set method to use a new helper incrementPathSizes for updating subtree sizes along the traversal path.
  • Fixed a bug where node.size was not incremented when an existing node became a key through an exact match.

💡 Why:

  • Improving maintainability by removing code duplication.
  • Ensuring tree state consistency by fixing the size update bug.

Verification:

  • Added size_test.go with a reproduction case that failed before the fix and passes now.
  • Ran the full test suite (go test -v ./...) by temporarily adjusting the Go version to match the environment, all tests passed.

Result:

  • Cleaner code in Set.
  • Correct subtree size reporting for all nodes.
