Weblate stopped working

Weblate is no longer able to merge any changes to our weblate branch: https://hosted.weblate.org/changes/browse/cloudstream/?page=1
It does not seem like our update_locales workflow is the issue. I tested on GitHub and locally without any changes.

@C10udburst do you know what could be causing this issue?

Seems like it either resolved itself or I fixed at some point, as PRs do show up now, eg:
