Chart 2.0-90+ ships Bitnami postgresql 18.x which hard-fails on registry.redhat.io/rhel9/postgresql-15 unless allowInsecureImages is set. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

This should no longer be needed with the latest 2.0-91-CI or 2.1-92-CI tags of the chart. The midstream commit that was causing this has been reverted. See thread.
