The Congo Template Engine is a more evolved version of the well known Apache FreeMarker by the original author. This branch of development is taking place outside the Apache Software Foundation. The Congo Parser generator uses it internally to generate code in Java, Python, CSharp, and Rust.
You can simply type 'ant' from the top-level directory to build the project. There is some additional documentation available in the wiki.
