What changed in this PR

This PR makes the OneSearch menu icon fully opaque across WordPress admin screens.

Changes:

• Registers a callback on admin_enqueue_scripts.
• Adds inline CSS to the wp-admin stylesheet, targeting only the OneSearch menu icon.
