Seedance 1.0 Pro, Seedream 3.0, WAN 2.2 T2V 720p, and WAN 2.1 T2V 720p public endpoints are disabled, so remove their dedicated Public Endpoints pages, navigation entries, and listing/pricing rows, repoint stale overview/release-notes links to active models, and add a redirect for each removed URL. Mirrors the Whisper V3 Large removal pattern.
Replaces #660 (closed) with a fresh PR, per request in #topic-documentation.
