Adds the WINGET_TOKEN GitHub Actions secret to the release workflow environment so GoReleaser can authenticate its Winget publishing step (as configured in .goreleaser.yml via {{ .Env.WINGET_TOKEN }}).

Changes:

• Expose WINGET_TOKEN from repository secrets to the “Run GoReleaser” step in .github/workflows/release.yml.
