While we, as of this writing, have working babel, bird and FRR (#1) patches, a testbed needs to be constructed to test interop with classic and common hardware that does not run these daemons, and also testing against unpatched versions of these daemons.
Testing MUST include:
- crash bugs
- general routability over the DFZ (default free one)
- logfile verbosity
- overflow into other routing protocols
- bogon file filtering
