Is there a way to reload a structure as the biological assembly?
#494
Hello, I often have to analyse multiple structures at the same time, so I just select them in my file manager and open all at the same time in PyMOL. However, sometimes I actually need the biological assemblies instead of the asymmetric unit. Is there a way to reload an structure with a specific assembly, or at least load it with each assembly as a state?
Currently I have to do something like this:
cd folder_with_files
set assembly
delete structure # repeat for all structures
load structure.cif
