When I use protocol = 0 (XML), received data comes in as XML with magic byte or when I send it through the decode() method as XML without magic byte. When I want to send data, I have to tinker it together with element tree.
When I use protocol = 3 (protobuf), received data comes in as a nice dict, but if I want to send data, do I still have to put it together with element tree? does the send queue convert the element tree object to protobuf? If so, wouldn't it be much nicer for developers to use dicts all along?
