Summary

• Adds entities/ll/llamagen.yaml for Missing issue Missing record: LlamaGen Startup Program #604.
• First-party https://llamagen.ai/startups publishes up to $10,000 in Comic API credits valid for 12 months across every LlamaGen API endpoint.
• Eligibility modeled from on-page criteria only: active founding team, reviewable website/demo/prototype/plan, and a user-facing visual storytelling use case. Credit-only economics (hands-on integration support omitted).

Test plan

• CI validate catalog change / sourcey/validation green
• Admission locates $10,000 / 12 months Comic API credits on the first-party page
• Confirmed no open competing PR and file absent from upstream main before open (prior closed PR data: add LlamaGen startup credits #605 modeled stale $2k Bootstrapped tier)
