Move 5 job definitions across 5 workflows from GitHub-hosted or legacy runners to Blacksmith.
Uses the conversion chart from statsig#120778 and the documented Blacksmith platform labels. The Blacksmith GitHub App is installed for all statsig-io repositories.
ubuntu-latestblacksmith-2vcpu-ubuntu-2404Matrix values remain unchanged so platform conditions, artifact names, build targets, and cache keys keep their existing behavior. Runner lookup expressions translate those values at the job boundary.
Validation: parsed all 5 workflow YAML files; verified the parsed diff is confined to runner selections; actionlint adds zero findings (5 baseline findings); git diff --check passes. Live CI is reported on this PR; it has not been declared passing by these local checks.
Roll back by reverting this PR. Workflow permissions, secret declarations, triggers, and release targets are unchanged.
