Replaces the Docusaurus site with Mintlify's converted tree (base bcec501),
with tooling trimmed to prettier, husky, redocly, the OpenRPC build, and the
mint CLI. Commits that landed on main after bcec501 were ported by hand.

which is bcec501 plus this change.

Also keep docs/**/CONTRIBUTING.md out of the published site.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Remove build-and-push.yml, so merging to main no longer builds a
Docusaurus image (the image updater deploys any new prd/stellar-docs tag)
- Remove build.yml, main.yml, pr-preview.yml, and check-routes-removal.yml
- Add mintlify-checks.yml: prettier, the pad check, and mint validate on PRs
to main and mintlify-migration; the link check reports without failing
until the known broken links are fixed
- Drop the docker ecosystem from Dependabot (no Dockerfile anymore)

build-and-push-legacy.yml stays: it must run from main to rebuild legacydocs.

* fix: trim Anchor Platform API description (port #2727)

The description still carried the sentence #2727 shortened in the
body. It now names the two APIs and stops there.

Checks: mint validate passed, broken-links at baseline 8, page 200.
(cherry picked from commit 276a839)

* style: swap SDS folder and home icons, add icon assets

From the designer's SDS pass: box-archive now maps to icons-folder and
house to icons-home-05 (sds-icons.css and build-sds-icons.mjs). Adds
the 12 SDS icons the new style.css rules reference. The other 11
aren't in the build script's map, so it won't regenerate them.
Removes icons-archive and icons-home-line, which nothing references
now.

Checks: mint validate passed, broken-links at baseline 8, both new
icons and /docs/build, /docs/data return 200.

(cherry picked from commit 3452cd3)

* style: apply the designer's SDS restyle

Adds the designer's style.css rules (601 lines, nothing removed):
SDS colors and icons for callouts, code blocks, the Copy page button,
previous/next links, tabs, and the sidebar and table of contents;
sidebar anchors pinned to the bottom; footer without a top rule and
pinned to the bottom of short pages; styles for the For agents button
and panel. Three comments translated from Korean to English. Every
url() resolves to a file in the repo.

Checks: mint validate passed, broken-links at baseline 8, /style.css
and sample pages return 200.

(cherry picked from commit 975cbe8)

* style: social links at the bottom of the sidebar, footer without socials

Per the designer's layout: the sidebar anchors become Blog, Discord,
X, and YouTube ("Community" is now "Discord") and style.css pins them
to the sidebar bottom. The footer's social icons are removed, so the
footer is just the Mintlify line. LinkedIn is no longer linked.

Checks: mint validate passed, broken-links at baseline 8, /docs/build
200 with the YouTube anchor, Home tab and all ported nav entries
unchanged.

(cherry picked from commit 4e1eaa5)

* feat: For agents navbar button and panel

The navbar's primary button is now "For agents" (#for-agents) and the
Developer Hub button is removed. for-agents.js opens the designer's
right-side drawer from any #for-agents link, with Raven MCP and
Stellar skills setup per tool. Its styles came in with the SDS
restyle; the leftover Developer Hub button rule in style.css now
matches nothing.

Checks: for-agents.js parses (node --check), mint validate passed,
broken-links at baseline 8, /for-agents.js and
/docs/build/building-with-ai 200, the navbar renders the #for-agents
button.

(cherry picked from commit e1d29f0)

* fix: logo links to developers.stellar.org

The header logo pointed at stellar.org. It now goes to the docs home.

Checks: mint validate passed, broken-links at baseline 8, /docs/build
200.

(cherry picked from commit 2427a7c)

* style: drop unused Developer Hub navbar rules

* style: remove Home tab from nav

* style: move Community from navbar to sidebar links

* style: list Community first in sidebar links

* style: no active tab on the home page

* style: note that style.css targets Mintlify internals

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: make the For agents panel keyboard accessible

Mark the panel as a modal dialog, keep Tab focus inside it while it's open,
keep focus on a pill after switching tools or modes, and return focus to the
button that opened it on close.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: log For agents copy failures instead of leaving them unhandled

* fix(meetings): set RSS dates on changelog entries

Without rss.date, Mintlify dates each feed item from git history, so every
entry would show the migration commit's date.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: point OpenRPC spec links at the docs site instead of static/ on GitHub

static/ no longer exists on main after the migration. The Anchor Platform
link was already broken: its static/assets/rpc-methods path never existed.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(redirects): add /launch/usdt0.html and fix two dead redirects

- /launch/usdt0.html goes to /launch/usdt0 (the .html wildcard doesn't cover it)
- /meeting-notes/tags now goes to /meetings, not the nonexistent /meetings/tags
- the analytics-providers .html redirect now targets the renamed page

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(horizon): drop the table header converted into a result code

The conversion turned the Result Code table's header row into a
"RESULT CODE" ResponseField.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: restore meta descriptions on the build intro and MPP charge guide

Both pages had only og:description, so they rendered without a meta
description. The text is unchanged from the Docusaurus source.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(horizon): explain the name and type of result code entries

Replaces the header row the Docusaurus tables had, on both the
transaction and operation result code pages.
