Sluggable global configuration

Is it possible to set the `updatable` option of the `Sluggable` extension to `false` in a global way (e.g., somewhere in the `config.yml` file) so that I don't need to add `updatable: false` to _all_ my doctrine mapping files (which are quite a few)?
