This this will allow us to start tomcat automatically and we will also be able to restart tomcat without the [...]/bin/{startup,shutdown}.sh scripts.

    Also worth viewing is https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-apache-tomcat-8-on-centos-7 since it uses systemctl instead of initd.
