Unify graph controls with panel styling - #217

Conversation
Graph controls now match the rest of the application's panels and use the same border, border-radius, backdrop, and the same custom tooltips as other icon buttons. Now that we use our own styles, we can switch React Flow to its structural base stylesheet instead of its full stylesheet. Remove the unnecessary zoom buttons. They provide little value, everyone just zooms in/out using the mouse. Share the panel surface colors, borders, corner radii, and shadows between the control group, settings, collapsible panels, and active graph nodes.

Pass the graph toolbar through QueryGraphInternal's children so the internal renderer no longer needs to know about additional application controls. Size toolbar icons through their buttons and use one filled-icon treatment across the toolbar, removing icon-specific styling.

Remove the additionalControls slot from QueryGraph. Callers can now place the exported GraphToolbar directly among the graph's children and compose application-specific buttons inside it.
