Prerequisites

• A working Java environment (e.g. JDK 18), you will need to know the path to the JDK executable.
• jaydebeapi python package
• accees to an OMOP instance with clinical data

Configuration

• copy the example configuration file config_omop_examp.json to config.json
• edit the connectionprops at the end of config.json to match your connection settings to your OMOP database
