@bolyra/mppto the extensions list — an authorization middleware that verifies an agent's delegated spend mandate (operator-signed authorization + financial tier vs. the challenge amount) before the payment flow proceeds, via mppx's preflight hook. Published on npm, MIT, tested against mppx 0.8.6, with a runnable example included in the package.
