Upgrades to Scratch 2.0 (and ScratchX)

Changes:

• Upgraded the files format to follow the standard PEP8 Python format.
• Upgraded the gitignore file with more auto-generated files (e.g. Eclipse IDE).
• Upgraded the auto-generation of the "command_src" file based on the source code of Scratch published in GitHub.
• Upgraded the Kurt pkg and the Scratch20 plugin to load extensions (own designed or by other providers such as Lego Wedo).

I’ll get to reviewing this in a bit, but before I do, please could you drop the PEP8 changes (eg by rebasing to remove those commits)? They make the diff harder to read, and I’m not particularly interested in changing the code style of the project. Sorry! :-)

Sorry, my time is very limited in this moment due to project results. Format changes are very slight, I am sure you are able to see the real changes by reading the commits. I do not remember if you could select only those commits that you want to incorporate.

However, thanks for the information @CosmicWebServices and I could try to do it if I have some time. Sorry again!
